Namaste my friends!
My name is Danii, I am very excited to share my yoga journey with you all. I strive to be a positive influence not just for myself but to those I meet along the way. I want to set a good example, be a role model and inspire others, perhaps one person at a time. I want to share the wealth of knowledge in taking care of oneself and to slow down to listen to our bodies: embrace self-love and self-care.
The world is a busy place and it is difficult to slow down and practice mindfulness. Then again, nothing great came from an easy road. It may be hard or challenging at first but it’s more important to keep an open mind and try new things. Nothing is as crucial as to learn to take care of our body, mind, and spirit. Remember our body is our temple. Only we are responsible for ourselves.
Let’s share positive memories and experiences so we can learn to appreciate the quality time we spend, and to give each other a helping hand. The best reward is the genuine happiness we feel inside when we uplift others. We are learning to be grateful for all that we are and all that we can be.
This is a non-judgement place, all comments and feedbacks are welcomed. I would love to hear from you guys on your own experience with yoga.
